Penny now settles independently in her own bed after stories and sleeps through the night.
Mum can now do solo bedtimes for both children without tears, chaos or guilt.
Evenings have become peaceful, calm, and loving again.
“Now that we have our toddler sleeping so much more independently and consistently, I feel like we have our evenings back. We don’t spend hours trying to keep her in her bed, bedtime is straightforward and ends the day in a loving and calm way - a far cry from what we had before.”
One of our favourite products for napping on the go. Not only do the products protect little ones from the sun but they provide darkness for naps (and reducing FOMO!).

We used this as well as the Snoozeshade for naps on the go which helped provide a consistent sound for sleep as well as reducing any external noise which could create FOMO.

We used this at home for years because it works so much better than a usual black out blind / curtains. We have also taken it on holiday with us which has been a lifesaver when the curtains were like a piece of tissue paper!
Superior blackout compared to regular curtains
Silver back prevents glass heating and cracking
Perfect for travel and holidays
Easy installation
We've been using this for years. The white noise stays on all night which is exactly what you need so that the sleep environment doesn't change. The nightlight can be different brightnesses and being red, it doesn't inhibit the sleep hormone melatonin.
Continuous white noise all night
Red nightlight (doesn't affect melatonin)
Adjustable brightness levels
Proven long-term reliability

These were great for the early days with an easy transition out of the swaddle as well.
Perfect for newborn comfort
Easy transition design
Safe swaddling solution
Quality materials
I LOVE sleeping bags and found the Gro bags lasted really well. They don't come off the baby or toddler like a blanket does and prevent little ones from being able to get their legs over the top of the cot so it stops them climbing out.
Stays on unlike blankets
Prevents cot climbing
Durable and long-lasting
Various tog ratings available
This one is genius - it transitions between 1 and 2.5 tog so you can add or remove layers without waking the baby. Perfect for if they are restless in the early hours when the temperature drops.
Adjustable tog rating (1-2.5)
No need to wake baby to adjust
Perfect for temperature changes
Innovative design

Unfortunately the one we use is no longer sold but this one was recommended by some of my followers who are happy with it.

As part of my course, we had a session on reflux. I am not an expert in this field and therefore will not advise on it but Aine is the lady to help.
Responsive sleep training means helping your child learn healthy sleep habits in a way that feels safe, respectful, and supported for both of you. It’s not one-size-fits-all. I take into account your little one’s temperament, sleep environment and daily routine, along with your parenting values and family goals.
There’s no rigid routine and no “cry it out.” Instead, I offer a tailored, flexible approach that fits your child and helps you stay confident and calm through the process.
I work with families from pregnancy through to children aged 6.
Here’s a quick breakdown:
=> Expecting / 0-3 months: My Gentle Beginnings: Newborn Sleep Support Call helps you lay strong foundations early.
=> 18 weeks - 6 years: Full 1:1 sleep support is available once your baby is developmentally ready for more structure and change.
=> Returning clients: I also offer troubleshooting sessions for families I’ve previously worked with.
No. I don’t use “cry-it-out” or ask you to ignore your child. But let’s be honest change is hard, and crying is a normal way for children to express frustration or confusion when something feels different (just like when you give them the blue cup instead of the pink one).
What matters is that you’re there. I’ll guide you to respond with confidence, stay emotionally connected and support your child through any upset in a calm, reassuring way.
I’m based in Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire but I work with families across the UK (and beyond!) via video call. As long as you speak English and have internet, I can support you wherever you are.
Yes. Whether you’re juggling toddler bedtime resistance alongside a baby’s night wakes, or managing twins, I offer sibling support that’s tailored, practical and kind. You don’t have to figure it all out alone and yes, it’s doable even if you’re solo parenting.
Absolutely. You don’t need to stop breastfeeding (or change how you feed at all) to improve sleep. I’ll work with your feeding goals, your values and your baby’s needs to create a sleep plan that protects your breastfeeding journey and works with your lifestyle.
Nope. Life doesn’t stop for naps and your sleep plan shouldn’t either. I’ll help you build a flexible routine that includes contact naps, naps on the go and realistic expectations so you can rest and live your life.
You’ll get full access to expert-led, personalised sleep support. That includes an in-depth assessment, a bespoke sleep plan, a video consultation, daily WhatsApp support, a shared sleep log, bonus resources and emotional support for you too.
All sessions take place via Teams video call and WhatsApp support means you can check in with me daily - from wherever you are. I work closely with each family, offering tailored tweaks and guidance in real time so you’re never left second guessing.
Yes. I offer payment plans on all full sleep support packages because I believe this support should be accessible. Just drop me a message - there’s no awkwardness and no judgment.
Let’s chat. I offer free, no-pressure discovery calls so you can ask questions, talk through what’s going on, and get honest advice. If I’m not the right person for you, I’ll tell you and if I can help, I’ll explain how.
