"Our experience of working with Felicity was incredible!

 

We were slightly nervous as a family of working with any kind of ''sleep training' as we weren't feeling comfortable with 'cry it out' or leaving our daughter to cry. What is just wonderful about Felicity, is that she listened to this totally understood as she tailors the routine to something that is comfortable for you as a family.

 

We worked through things, gently, slowly and repsonding to what felt best for us. The results have changed our lives! We didn't realise how miserable we had become with one parent basically losing an entire evening putting our daughter to bed.

 

Now it is just ten minutes, she has grown in confidence and is most importantly getting good quality sleep (sleeping through the night) and it was done with such guidance that it was not a shock for our daughter, she has worked up to sleeping by herself and she is really happy getting into bed."
